Rates Sant'Andrea Resort - VIESTE summer 2012

Here are the rates of our resort. Prices are per apartment per week including VAT, taxes and beach service (1 umbrella + 2 deckchairs per apartment), kitchen, electricity, gas, water, 1 parking space, bed linen hire on the spot. Using bikes for adults and children.

For the week of August the minimum stay is 2 weeks (to match the previous or next).

You must send a deposit of 30% on the amount of your stay. The balance will be due upon arrival. Accepted bookings will not be refunded.

Free services

Internal structures of the village: TV room, playground and bicycles available for guests and beach service (1 umbrella + 2 sun beds per unit). First car parking. Utilities (water, electricity, gas) and taxes.

Extra services (mandatory but not included)

Cleaning: Euro 40.00 for one room (e.g. num. 1 or 16) and Euro 45.00 for two and three rooms.

Security deposit payable on arrival Euro 100,00 for one room apartment (e.g. num. 1 or 16), E. 200.00 for two or three rooms (to be returned on departure after checking for damage on the accommodation).

Extra services (no mandatory but not included)

More car parking: Euro 5,00 per day (the first car is free).
Dogs and cats are well accepted by us for reasons of hygiene, but it takes some additional cleaning, by virtue of what we ask for small pets Euro 40.00.
AIR CONDITIONING: Euro 25.00 per week.
Bed linen on request to Euro 15.00 single and double Euro 20.00 per change. Bathroom towels Euro 12.00 per change. Kitchen linen not available.
And 'making available a washing machine in the village (the cost is Euro 4,00 wash, soap excluded).

Policies and internal rules

Booked the bungalow is served from 17.00 to 20.00 on day of arrival and day of departure must be vacated by 10.00 am. In case of late arrival, the reservation will be kept up to 20.00 except communications.

The booking period requested and accepted must be paid in full and always to the occurrence of late arrival and early departure.
